Our History

Tots 'n' Teens Pediatrics was founded in 1987 with a dedication to providing exceptional care for children in our community. Dr. Delinda Davis joined Dr. Tom Caldwell's practice located in the Baptist Montclair Professional Building, marking the beginning of a tradition of compassionate and personalized healthcare. As the practice grew, so did the commitment to serving families, leading to the expansion to a second office in Trussville in 1993. In 2009, both offices were united under one roof in a state-of-the-art freestanding building in Trussville, reflecting the practice's ongoing dedication to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for young patients.

Our Team

Today, Tots 'n' Teens is proud to have a team of five board-certified pediatricians and two pediatric nurse practitioners, all dedicated to providing the highest quality care for infants, children, and teenagers. Each member of our team is an expert in pediatric medicine, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure every child under our care receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

• Medical Assistant Support: Our medical assistants provide phone triage during weekdays to answer questions, schedule appointments, assist with consultations and referrals, and manage prescription refills.
• After Hours Care: Our answering service is connected to a Pediatric Health Information Line staffed by highly trained RNs at Children's Hospital of Alabama, offering support for urgent concerns after office hours.
