For our hospitality and entertainment businesses, our network in China allows our customers to take advantage of low-cost furniture and interior design items. In our recent experiences, we have seen a major decrease in costs for renovation projects or new investments. Projects

One of our most significant projects is the South Monroe Walls development in Tallahassee, Florida. This project is an innovative approach to urban revitalization and aims to bring art and entertainment to the city's emerging SoMo District. The project will feature a series of wall murals, restaurants, and retail spaces, creating a vibrant and dynamic destination for residents and visitors.

We are also proud of our Family Dollar/Brothers Shopping Plaza project in Marianna, Florida. This project involves the construction of a brand-new Family Dollar Prototype store and a renovated building, now home to Brothers Beauty & Fashion. Our goal is to provide a unique shopping experience, combining retail and hospitality services in a single location.
