Founded in 2006, Joann Fullen Interiors specializes in high-end residential and unique commercial design. My Design Story

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Joann Fullen's design career started in Florida in 1980. There she worked for several large design firms, designing model homes, country clubs, and high-end residences. In 1987, she started her own firm in Boca Raton, focusing on residential homes. She continues to maintain an Interior Design License in the state of Florida.

In 1998, Joann returned to the Pittsburgh area and worked for a large architectural/design firm as a project manager until 2006 when she started her own business again. She enjoys the one-on-one contact with clients that owning her own firm provides. Since returning to Pittsburgh, she served on the Board of Directors for the local ASID Chapter and is also a Past President. She also served on the IDLCPA Board of Directors, whose primary focus is to introduce Interior Design licensing in Pennsylvania.
