We also handle commercial real estate matters such as acquisition and development, construction law, and landlord-tenant law. For Corporate Formations, we serve our clients by forming and organizing new business entities, preparing partnership agreements, and providing general advice and counsel on a variety of business matters. In Estate Planning, we handle wills, trusts, and other documents, as well as family limited partnerships and other entities.
Meet J. David Felt
David was born in Athens, Georgia and was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1992. He earned his B.A. from Weber State University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Felt is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Western Circuit Bar Association. He is also a member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors, the Athens Rotary, and has served on the Executive Board of the Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School. His practice areas include Residential And Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate.
