Our story begins in the early 1950s, when we first started serving transient and long-term mobile home residences. Over the years, we've evolved into a member-owned residential association with transient and permanent sites. In September 2004, the member-owners made a significant step by purchasing the park. This move allowed us to establish and incorporate the association for the purpose of providing site ownership for the residences. Today, we're proud to be one of the last bastions of affordable housing in the Florida Keys. Our community offers a range of amenities, including Atlantic Ocean access via private canal dockage or private canal boat ramp, a bathhouse, and three laundry facilities. The Clubhouse/Recreation Hall is a hub of activity, hosting events like fish fries, community meetings, pot-luck dinners, and more. We also have an ocean-point waterfront pavilion, perfect for picnics or simply enjoying the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Pet owners will be happy to know that we are a pet-friendly community. Our association is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for all members and ensuring that our community remains a desirable place to live for generations to come.
