Blue Ridge Home Health Care is a private, independent agency dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate in-home care to the residents of Southwest Virginia. Founded in 2008 by Dustin H. Snow, our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve by providing exceptional healthcare services.

As we celebrate our 15-year milestone, we reflect on our journey from a small team of two to a dedicated staff of over 90 professionals. Despite our growth, our commitment to quality remains unwavering. We are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide, wound care, and IV therapy.

• Skilled Nursing: Our skilled nursing staff provides individualized care to patients who require extra attention. Our nurses work closely with patients' physicians to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs.
• Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists work with patients to restore their functional abilities and improve their overall well-being.
• Occupational Therapy: Our occupational therapists help patients regain their independence by providing adaptive equipment training, home exercises, and fine motor skill exercises.
• Speech Therapy: Our speech therapists work with patients to improve their communication skills and address swallowing disorders.
• Home Health Aide: Our home health aides provide non-medical assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Community Involvement

At Blue Ridge Home Health Care, we are deeply committed to giving back to our community. In memory of Dustin's late father, Harry Snow, we established the "Blue Ridge Blessings" program, which has distributed over $61,000 to local residents facing hardships. This initiative is a testament to our dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
