Our History

Advanced Concrete Technology, Inc. was founded by Ed Textor, who initially started Textor Construction in 1981, focusing on residential remodels and small commercial projects. Over the years, the company grew and expanded into the commercial market in Springfield and Southwest Missouri. In the early 1990s, during the height of the "Branson Boom, " the need for a large commercial concrete contractor arose, and ACT was established to meet this demand.

We have been pioneers in our industry, introducing the latest in technology, equipment, and techniques. We were the first contractor in Southwest Missouri to purchase laser screeds for concrete placement and the first to have ACI Certified concrete finishers. Today, we continue to lead the industry with our innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
