Shortly after, Phyllis, Carmen's wife and Nick and Hilda's firstborn daughter, took charge of the office and administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Carmen Jr. joined the team in 2019, leveraging his background in operations efficiency from his experience at DHL to streamline internal processes and enhance service delivery.
