Notable projects include the Grand River Plaza in Howell, a retail power center with a total building size of 221,744 SF; the Westland Industrial property in Westland, a 32,000 SF industrial building; and the Extra Space Storage facility in Ferndale, a 91,244 SF self-storage development. We also manage the 12West Medical Center in Southfield, a 40,000 SF medical office building, and the St. Johns Regency Plaza in Farmington Hills, an 11,000 SF retail property.

Development Case Studies

We have a strong track record of successful developments, including the redevelopment of the Extra Space Storage facility in Ferndale, which involved the acquisition of a 1.89 AC land parcel and the re-development of an existing warehouse. Another notable project is the 12West Medical Center, which was acquired to address the changing medical tenant demand for office space in Southeast Michigan. Our development expertise also includes the Shoppes of Livonia, a new retail center featuring a Chick-fil-A and a grocery store, and the Hartland Development, which involved improvements to Hartland Plaza and the addition of a new Dairy Queen drive-thru.
