Our Team

Our team is led by President and Owner, Jeff Payson, who has over 45 years of experience in the home-building industry. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Jeff designs all of our homes and has been instrumental in building over 80,000 homes under his direction. Our superintendents and salespeople have extensive experience in the building industry and have been with Cervelle Homes for many years. Our contractors and suppliers have also been associated with us since our inception, ensuring that we deliver the best quality homes to our customers.
