At CHAPS, we exist to support consumers of mental health services, advocate for the improvement of local mental health services, and to encourage and enhance the formation of a consumer self-help network in Crawford County. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive range of programs and services that cater to the diverse needs of our constituents, promoting recovery, empowerment, and self-sufficiency.
Our Programs and Services
We offer a wide range of programs and services designed to further our mission and provide much-needed support to our constituents. Our programs include Referral Forms, Journey Center, Drop-In Center, Housing Solutions, Mobile Psych Rehab, Certified Peer Support, Representative Payee, Community Education and Outreach, Support Groups for Mental Health, Warmline, CHIPP Program, Pathfinders, Compass Program, Health & Community Habilitation, Community Support Services, Youth Housing Program, and Family Peer Support Program. Each program is carefully designed to address specific needs, providing a holistic approach to mental health services.
