Our Story

Our founder, Poorang Aurasteh, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping others. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Poorang has worked with countless individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He has trained extensively with renowned experts, including Dr. Jeffrey M. Schwartz, and has a deep understanding of the Four Step Method, which combines mindfulness and wellness with cognitive behavioral therapy to retrain the brain and nourish the true self.
