Our Attorneys

Our attorneys have an extensive history of working in the legal field and are state bar certified. Alex P. Krasutsky is a member of the Indiana and Illinois State Bar Associations, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a strong advocate for fathers' rights in divorce and child custody cases and is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Mark Hervey is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and is a registered civil mediator. He has worked for the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis and LLP in Washington D.C. for three years before practicing at Krasutsky & Hervey LLC.
