Individual Counseling: We provide one-on-one counseling sessions for adults, children, and adolescents. Our experienced counselor will work closely with each client to understand their unique concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan to achieve their goals.
Children and Adolescents: We offerplay therapy and activity therapy for children and adolescents. Play therapy uses a child's natural language of play to express themselves and work through challenging emotions, while activity therapy engages preteens and adolescents in structured activities to promote self-expression and coping skills.
Office Location
Our office is conveniently located in the Midway Atriums in Addison, Texas. We strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.
Telehealth Options
We recognize that life can get busy, and sometimes it's challenging to make it to our office. That's why we offer telehealth options, allowing clients to connect with us via video conference. Our HIPPA-compliant platform ensures the highest level of security and confidentiality.
