Our mission is to partner, coordinate, and provide high-quality care to children, adults, and families experiencing mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders in Mason, Lake, and Oceana counties. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services designed to support individuals and families at every stage of their journey. Our crisis services provide 24/7 support for individuals experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts. Our access care, eligibility, and payment services help individuals navigate the complex healthcare system and access the care they need. Our family support subsidy program provides financial assistance to families caring for loved ones with disabilities. Our screening and assessment services help individuals identify their strengths and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans. Our adult services include substance use disorder outpatient treatment, children and family services, developmental disabilities services, veteran navigator services, and tobacco cessation group recovery stories.
