The quality and value of the apartments are also highly praised, with some tenants even mentioning the professionalism and quick response of maintenance requests.
Concerns and Complaints
However, two reviews express significant concerns. Hannah Hedrick reports being charged a $220 "cleaning fee" for normal wear and tear, which she considers ridiculous.
