Our Company

Chris W. Thurgood has been in the construction business for over 35 years, starting as a framer and eventually obtaining a general contractor's license. Over the years, he has developed a wealth of experience in various aspects of construction, including finish carpentry, cement work, roofing, and cabinet work. This extensive background has allowed him to establish strong relationships with top-notch subcontractors and suppliers, laying the foundation for the high-quality homes we build today.

Chris ensures that he is on the jobsite to supervise all work completed, ensuring that it meets his high standards. He is married, has five children, and currently has 17 grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys animals, 4-wheeling, and spending time with his family.

Our Team

Jared Thurgood, Chris' son, is the foreman for Chris W. Thurgood Construction Inc. He has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years and graduated from Utah Valley University with a Construction Management degree in 2004. Jared has experience in multiple trades, including framing, finish carpentry, and tile. He is married with four children and loves to hunt, ski, and enjoy the outdoors.

Ashley Page, Chris' daughter, serves as the office manager and handles all billing for the company. She enjoys working with homeowners as they make their color selections throughout the building process. Ashley earned a teaching business degree from Weber State University in 2000. She is married with three children and enjoys scrapbooking, the beach, and spending time with her husband and children.
