Dr. Chang's education includes a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru, and advanced clinical and theoretical training in Dental Prosthetics at the OHU University School of Dentistry in Fukushima, Japan. She is also certified in Pediatric Dentistry and has completed advanced education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland.
