At Dayton Valley Learning Center, we believe that every child is unique and deserves a nurturing environment to grow and thrive. Our center was established in 1998 with a mission to provide top-notch child care services to infants, toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten, and school-age children. We are a locally family-owned business and a licensed child care provider, rated by the Nevada Silver State Stars QRIS program. Our preschool is conveniently located in Dayton, NV, a short drive from Carson City, off of Highway 50.

Our Services

We offer a range of services catering to children from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. Our services include infant child care for babies as young as 6 weeks old, a Pre-Kindergarten program for children ages 13 months to 5 years old, and a before and after school program for children in kindergarten through 2nd grade. We also provide shuttle transportation to and from Dayton Elementary School for our before and after school program participants. Additionally, we offer a full-day child care option from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Daily Curriculum

Our teachers focus on encouraging children to grow in a meaningful way by structuring activities to maximize physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. We pride ourselves in creating daily curriculum specific to each classroom to ensure maximum engagement for your little ones. From arts and crafts to outdoor play and educational programs, our daily activities are designed to foster a love for learning.

Our Staff

We believe happy families are the result of happy staff. Our management team, including Director Miss Jodie, Lead Manager Miss Leisja, and Owner Miss Christina Davis, work tirelessly to ensure every child receives the best care possible. Our teachers are dedicated professionals who focus on creating a nurturing environment for all children.
