Growing Happy, Healthy, Whole People, One Person at a Time

Providing High Quality Child Care, Early Education, and Youth Recreation since 1978, Growing Places has been dedicated to fostering the development of the whole child. Our mission is built on the understanding that the core of early education is in the development of healthy and trusting relationships between children, teachers, and parents. We value open and honest communication, and we work to build nurturing and trusting partnerships with families.

Our experienced and educated teachers design programming to meet the needs and goals of each child, recognizing the opportunity and responsibility to help children build a strong foundation for future success. Every moment matters, and our interactions are respectful and responsive, validating children's feelings. We believe that children learn best when there is a strong partnership between home and school.

Growing Places offers a range of programs for children from infancy to adolescence, including Infant/Toddler Childcare, Preschool Childcare, Pre-K Childcare, and School-Age Camps. Our programs are designed to provide the nurturing care and enriching educational experiences young children need. We are proud to have a presence in Durham, Lee, and Madbury, New Hampshire, with locations that cater to children from 2 years to 12 years old.

Our staff is committed to creating an environment that is both stimulating and supportive, encouraging children to explore, learn, and grow. We believe that every child is unique and has the potential to make a positive impact in the world. At Growing Places, we are dedicated to helping children become happy, healthy, and whole individuals, equipped with the skills and confidence to succeed in life.
