• Install and remove wallpaper
• Change trim from dark stain to white paint in either semi-gloss or satin finish
• Refresh kitchen/bath cabinets to new wood stain or update to white paint
• Repair holes and cracks in walls, ceilings, and trim
• Match ceiling texture and pattern
• Remove window treatments
