Algernon, a native of Virginia, moved to Marlborough, MA at the age of 18 and began his career in the paint contracting business just two years later. With a relentless dedication to perfecting his craft, Algernon spent the next three years building a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in the painting trade. Over the next eleven years, Algernon honed his skills and built an impressive database of satisfied customers.

In 2011, Algernon decided to take his expertise and passion for painting to the next level and founded Al the Painter, LLC. Since then, Al the Painter, LLC has completed hundreds of successful jobs, offering a well-rounded and higher quality interior and exterior painting experience for all clientele.

As a lead certified paint contractor, Algernon is able to encapsulate any interior lead updating. For exterior work, Algernon is certified in lead removal and encapsulation toward applying new paint in lead driven areas.
