Our leadership team brings extensive experience in HR and staffing, as well as a deep understanding of the industry. Dhianna Yezzi, our President and Owner, has over 25 years of experience in HR and staffing, focusing on fostering a workplace that prioritizes diversity and inclusion. Peter Yezzi, our Vice President, has managed workers' compensation reviews, on-site coordination, and vendor management, with a background in the New York State legislature and entrepreneurial ventures. Kara Diem, VP of Business Development, has excelled for over six years, leveraging her corporate experience from Procter & Gamble to enhance our staffing solutions.
