Reviewers appreciated the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff, who guided them through the process of finding the parts they needed.
Mixed Reviews
However, there were a few reviews that stood out due to negative experiences. David Matthew had a particularly terrible experience with the service department, where he claimed to have encountered dishonesty and lack of integrity. He reported that the service manager, Ryan, and a technician, Robert, were untruthful and incompetent in resolving his issue.

- Lack of attention to detail during repair, resulting in the motor breaking down shortly after being serviced
- Ryan and Robert's alleged dishonesty during a deposition, claiming that there was no fire damage when there were clear signs of damage
- The insurance company ultimately had to settle the claim and replace the motor due to the lack of truthfulness and competence
David Matthew also reported that he received harassing messages from North Causeway Marine employees on his personal platforms and that the company failed to address his grievances.
