Our Journey
Bart's journey started with a chance opportunity to cook for 50 outdoor professionals at a private hunting lodge in Arkansas. That successful gig sparked a fire in him, and he realized his true love for cooking, food, and gathering people around the table. With his Memphis roots and Post Oak Texas style BBQ, Bart created a unique flavor profile that's unlike anything else out there.
