Our Experienced Bankruptcy Attorney - Kevin A. Mack

Attorney Kevin A. Mack received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1980, followed by a Master's in Political Theory from Bowling Green State University. He then attended the University of Dayton, where he received his J.D., cum laude, in 1984. After practicing law in insurance defense, workers' compensation law, and labor law for a few years in Dayton, he went on to work as Company Counsel and Assistant Vice President of Structured Settlement and Immediate Annuity for First Colony Life Insurance in Lynchburg, VA.

In 1992, Attorney Mack moved back to Ohio and became the National Director for Travelers Property and Casualty Company in charge of their Structured Settlement Department. He continued to hold that position until 1997, providing risk management consultations to multinational companies throughout the United States. In 2006, Attorney Mack relocated to Tiffin, OH, to become a partner at Knutson & Mack, LLC, and has been practicing bankruptcy law since then. He currently represents clients in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.
