About Us

Cascade Community Healthcare is a non-profit Community Health Center that has been serving Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. We currently have six locations throughout Lewis County, Washington. Our mission is to serve our community with acceptance, compassion, and respect, and our vision is to provide a service to our community for all ages in an environment that is free of discrimination or judgment. We believe there is no wrong door, and a person can come to us for chemical dependency, mental health, or primary care issues and we will help to meet their needs.

Our Services

At Cascade Community Healthcare, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients and our community. Our services include Adult Services, Children's Program, Supported Employment, Evaluation and Treatment Center, Medical New Journeys, Crisis Services, Substance Use Disorder, Community Support, Care Coordination Services, Primary Care Program, and Client Resources. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive care to individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors.
