CNC Laser Cutting
Our advanced 4500 Watt O2 and 6k fiber-optic laser systems deliver precision cuts for complex metal components. This non-contact process ensures high accuracy and edge quality for sheet and tube materials. Ideal for prototyping and production runs requiring tight tolerances.
Metal Fabrication
From 1-piece prototypes to 1000-piece batches, our fabrication capabilities include forming, rolling, and conventional shear operations. Press brakes ranging from 100-265 tons handle diverse thickness requirements. We specialize in weldments and structural assemblies.
CNC Machining
Our CNC milling and turning centers produce complex geometries with 0.0001" accuracy. Capabilities span bar-stock machining, broaching, boring, and honing for lot sizes from 5 to 5000 pieces. We maintain tight tolerances for critical aerospace and medical components.
Welding Services
Certified welders perform MIG and TIG welding for structural and precision applications. We fabricate complete weldments and assemblies per AWS D1.1 standards. Our processes support both prototype development and production quantities.
Surface Grinding
