Our History

In 1992, Mike and Vicki Wilson opened Wilson Funeral Home in their hometown of Louisa, Ky. The focus from the beginning was to offer families a place to feel at home while dealing with the loss of a loved one. Our modern facility, located on the outskirts of Louisa, provides ample parking and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We offer a variety of services, including traditional funeral services, cremation, personalized memorialization, and preplanning. We also have a large selection of monuments available through Wilson Monuments, which has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our innovations include picture memorial cards, memorial DVDs, evening and abbreviated services, remembrance candles, customized memorial services, a 24 Hour Obituary Line, a professional website, and tribute blankets.
