Empowering Electricians, Empowering Communities - Together

The Local Labor Management Cooperation Committee (LLMCC) is a collaborative effort between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 294 and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Twin Ports Arrowhead Chapter. Our goal is to promote the unionized electrical industry by working together to enhance communications, provide opportunities for growth, and improve job security.

We strive to improve the competitiveness and economic development of the electrical construction industry by engaging in research and development programs, public education initiatives, and continuing education for our workforce. Our focus on safety, quality, and community involvement sets us apart as a premier provider for electrical services in the Iron Range area.
