Our mission is to provide high-quality gymnastics instruction and programming that fosters physical, emotional, and social development in children. We strive to create a positive and supportive environment that encourages kids to try new things, take risks, and push themselves to be their best selves. Whether your child is just starting out or is an experienced athlete, we have a program that's right for them.

Our Programs

Carolina Gymnastics Academy offers a wide range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of children from toddlers to teenagers. Our programs include:

• Preschool Gym & Learn: A gymnastics-based preschool program that combines physical activity with educational lessons and activities.
• School Age Gymnastics: Classes and programs designed for school-aged children, including recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline classes.
• Rhythmic Gymnastics: A competitive program that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and gymnastics with hand apparatus.
• AAU Team & Hot Shots: A competitive team program for gymnasts of all levels, from beginner to advanced.
• Camps and Events: A variety of camps, clinics, and events throughout the year, including summer camps, birthday parties, and parents' night out events.
