Our Vision
The Mindful Heart Buddha Sangha seeks to cultivate mindful awareness and wisdom through the practice of Vipassana meditation, fostering individual growth and freedom of the mind. We welcome all who seek to embark on this transformative journey regardless of their spiritual path.
Our Practice
Our primary practice is Vipassana Insight meditation, a technique that involves deep observation of the present moment without judgment. This practice fosters a deep understanding of the impermanent and impersonal nature of the mind and experiences.
