Meet Dr. Brown

Dr. Steven L. Brown is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 26 years of experience in the Manchester area. He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and worked in hematologic research at New England Deaconess Hospital before attending medical school at The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Brown completed his general surgical residency program at the University of Connecticut and pursued fellowship training in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at Louisiana State University Medical School. He has been Board Certified in Plastic Surgery since 1995 and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery.

Facility Information

Dr. Brown performs surgery at the Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center and Catholic Medical Center. We offer overnight stay options at the Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center if your procedure requires it.

Payment Options

Payment for cosmetic procedures not covered by insurance is required in full preoperatively. We offer payment plans through CareCredit for all places involved.
