California Park Rehabilitation Hospital is a 90-bed skilled nursing facility that has been providing quality healthcare services to the residents of Chico, CA since April 2006. Nursing Care Services Offered

Our highly experienced nursing team is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to our patients. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing, restorative nursing, social services including transition planning, wound care, and pain management. Our private and semi-private rooms provide a comfortable and safe environment for our patients to recover in.

Our short-term care services are designed to help patients who are recovering from surgery, acute and chronic illness achieve their maximum functional capacity in the shortest time possible.

Rehabilitation Services Offered

California Park Rehabilitation Hospital offers guests therapy gymnasium and outdoor therapy courtyard. Our therapy team members are certified in multiple modalities and offer a friendly face and the encouragement needed to empower guests through every step of their recovery.

Our therapy services, which include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology services, are provided 7 days a week. We also offer therapeutic activities that meet the physical and psychosocial needs of our individual guests. Our accessible free WiFi, pet-friendly environment, manicures and hand massages, and on-site beauty shop create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our patients.

For patients with dementia, we have a 22-bed secured locked unit that provides long-term health care. Our high staff to patient ratio enables an experienced and dedicated nursing staff along with the physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, social worker, dietician and support staff to assist each resident in receiving quality of care and quality of life.
