Welcome to Strock Enterprises, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional food served with country charm. Situated on more than 80 acres in south central Pennsylvania, our mission is to offer on-site weddings, a variety of catering services, and multiple event venues with indoor, outside, and covered open-air facilities. We strive to uphold Biblical principles in our daily operations and ensure that our core values of integrity, honesty, service, respect, fun, and consistency of product are upheld within our organization and with those we encounter every day.

Our history dates back to 1913 when the Strock Farm was first established as a dairy farm. Over the years, the business expanded to include turkey and pig farming, which became a staple of our operations. In 1981, we introduced our signature pig roasting service, which quickly gained popularity. Today, we are known for our tender, moist, and delicious roasted pigs, along with our variety of side dishes and catering services. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has allowed us to grow and expand our offerings to include full-service picnic catering, side dishes, and rentals.

Our team at Strock Enterprises is comprised of dedicated individuals who share our values and strive to ensure that every event is a memorable experience. We are fully licensed and insured, with a kitchen inspected and staff certified in ServSafe. Our bartenders are also RAMP certified.
