Richard Hendrick, CKD - Owner, Kitchen and Bath Designer

Richard Hendrick is the owner and founder of Custom Kitchens. He has spent his entire 35-year career in the family business, learning the ropes from his father and mentor. Richard is committed to providing a dedicated, client-focused, and collaborative approach to every project. His expertise and passion for design have earned him a reputation as one of the most respected kitchen and bath designers in the Richmond area.

Melissa Utt Heatley - Kitchen and Bath Designer

Melissa Utt Heatley has been in the construction and design business for 17 years. She has worked for award-winning architects and interior designers in the Richmond area and has also taught architecture and design at the University of Louisiana. Melissa's extensive experience and keen eye for design make her an invaluable asset to the Custom Kitchens team.

Kyle Hendrick - Kitchen and Bath Designer

Kyle Hendrick is the third generation of the Hendrick family to join Custom Kitchens, Inc. Kyle has learned the business from the ground up, initially working as a carpenter's helper and as an office assistant before becoming a kitchen and bath designer. Kyle's hands-on experience and fresh perspective make him a valuable contributor to the team.
