She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University and is licensed as a Professional Counselor in the State of Virginia. Additionally, she has received training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Her extensive training and experience ensure that clients receive comprehensive and effective support.

We accept various insurance providers including Anthem, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Oxford. Our fees are competitive, with an initial session priced at $150 and individual sessions at $145.
