Project Management

Every Owen Construction project is assigned an experienced project manager and site supervisor. Our project management services are designed for efficiency, transparency, and keeping you informed. Pre-Construction Services

We understand that budget and project design are crucial factors. Therefore, we work closely with you and your architect to establish a realistic design adaptation for your budget. Our pre-construction services include design analysis, project planning, resource allocation, and consulting constructability and value analysis. We also handle schedule development, select and vet the support team, manage civil, structural, and mechanical engineers, and handle sub-contractors. We provide full budgeting, materials, and production cost-analysis and estimating, value analysis and engineering, life-cycle costing, and land assessment acquisition and permitting.
