Come Broken. Leave Healed.

For over a decade, FORU has been dedicated to providing spiritual, social, educational, and health-related services in rural Jamaica. Founded by Dr. Brooke Riley, PT, DPT, in December 2007, our mission is to encourage the healing process through awareness and involvement in these essential services. Over the years, we have grown into a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Gulfport, MS, with a team of therapists and support staff dedicated to helping the Jamaican community.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who share a common goal of improving lives through healing and support. Meet Brooke, Bethany, Toots, Peter, Josan, Sandra, Dwayne, and Brenton, each bringing their unique skills and compassion to our services.

Services

We offer a range of services including Clinic services, Neuro Rehab Camps, and Internships for PT students. Our Clinic provides physical therapy services to those in need, while our Neuro Rehab Camps offer a unique way for persons suffering neurologic injuries to receive a larger bulk of therapy in a short amount of time. Additionally, we provide internships for PT students in country and abroad who are in their final year of school, offering them a chance to work with various patient populations in different settings.

Our Mission

To encourage the healing process through awareness and involvement in spiritual, social, educational, and health-related services in rural Jamaica. Our vision is healing found in the process of lending a hand to another, reaching out to the individual so that they can in turn help themselves and others.

Our Vision

Healing can be found in the process of lending a hand to another. Reaching out to the individual so that they can in turn help themselves and others is our goal.
