Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Dr. Rick Damiani, a licensed engineer with expertise in Aero-structural design, Mechanical design and analysis, and structural dynamics. Dr. Damiani has spent 20 years in the wind industry and has been involved in the development of more than 500MW of wind power projects. Dr. Max Franchi, a renowned structural engineer, collaborates with RRD Engineering on various projects, bringing his expertise in mechanical and civil engineering. Our team also includes Keith Hansen, a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Systems Manager with vast experience in mechanical, electrical, concrete, and steel fabrication for civil and structural construction projects.
