De Smet Flowers & Gifts is a full-service flower shop located in the heart of downtown De Smet, South Dakota. Our shop is housed in the original building of Mary Powers' tailor shop, one of the only original structures from the 1800s still standing on Main Street. We take pride in carrying only the freshest and highest quality flowers and plants, and our team is dedicated to providing personalized service and attention to every customer.

Meet Our Team

Chad Kruse, the owner of De Smet Flowers & Gifts, is a South Dakota Certified Florist with a passion for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements. Chad began his career in the floral industry as a sophomore in high school, and he has been honing his craft ever since. He is a master of his art, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to using only the freshest and highest quality flowers in all of his arrangements.

Delivery Services

In addition to serving De Smet, we also deliver to several surrounding communities, including Lake Preston, Willow Lake, Bryant, Lake Norden, Iroquois, and Erwin, South Dakota. Delivery charges vary based on the distance we need to travel and the details of the order.
