Melissa Polk, our principal attorney, is a Bay-Area-based attorney and mediator with over 15 years of legal experience. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate the legal system and protect their rights. Melissa is a skilled negotiator and has a proven track record of successfully resolving complex family law cases. She is dedicated to her clients and is committed to providing personalized service to each of them.

In addition to Melissa, our team consists of a paralegal, Priyashna Pillay-Prasad, and another paralegal, A'sonda Adams. Priyashna has a Juris Doctor and Master of Legal Studies from Monterey College of Law and has worked as a family law paralegal since 2017. A'sonda completed her Paralegal Certification at Cal State East Bay and is continuing her education at San Francisco State University.
