About Our Founders

Leland Cool and Hector Punto founded The Nature Shoppe in 1975 with a shared passion for flowers and a commitment to serving their community. Throughout the years, they created beautiful works of art for the Tampa Bay community and were active in giving back to the LGBT community and supporting Latino youth. They received numerous awards and recognitions for their dedication to their community, and their legacy continues to live on through The Nature Shoppe.

Meet Our New Owners

Jeff and Jeremy are the new owners of The Nature Shoppe. Jeremy has been an active member of the Tampa community since 2001 and has been involved in various LGBT organizations and non-profits. Jeff is newer to Tampa, having relocated from Texas in 2023. Despite being new to the flower business, Jeff and Jeremy are dedicated to maintaining the integrity and history of The Nature Shoppe while continuing to provide exceptional service and beautiful arrangements to their clients.
