ACK Surf School

At ACK Surf School, our passion for the ocean runs deep. Owned by Gaven Norton, a local surfer born and raised on the beaches of Nantucket, we provide a unique and personalized surfing experience on-island. Our goal is to share the joy of surfing with our students, offering private and group lessons, as well as rentals for all your surf gear needs.

Classes and Rentals

Our classes and rentals offer a range of options to suit all levels of experience. Our private lessons are ideal for beginners, small children, or those who need a refresher lesson. Our group lessons are perfect for groups of adults, teens, or those who have surfed before. Our beach camp is a 5-day program designed for intermediate surfers who want to improve their skills and enjoy other beach activities.

Instructors and Shop

Our instructors are experienced and certified professionals who are dedicated to providing a safe and fun surfing experience. In our shop, we offer a range of surf gear and accessories, including our popular rope hats in various colors and styles.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson to receive a refund or credit. If the cancelation is made less than 24 hours prior to the lesson, there will be no refund.
