At Sterling Rose Transportation, we pride ourselves on being a full-service luxury chauffeured transportation company, dedicated to the meetings and events industry. Our story began in April 2005 when we started as Sterling Rose Limousines, formerly Cloud 9 Limousines. We have since expanded our territory to San Diego and Los Angeles, shifting our focus to corporate transportation, including meetings and events.

Our corporate services include Airport/FBO Services, where we track your flight 24/7/365, ready to serve you at any given moment. We also offer Hourly Charter, giving you the ultimate flexibility with a chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal. Additionally, we provide Nationwide Service, allowing us to arrange charters anywhere in the country. Meetings and Events

Our team is dedicated to the meetings and events industry, with strong relationships with area hotels and destination management companies. We understand the importance of efficient planning and have developed a system of collaborative manifest management using Google docs, increasing customer service levels by involving both the transportation company and host hotels in the awareness of group arrivals and departures through real-time updates to the manifest.

Whether you're looking for a customized tour for a small group or a large corporate event, we can create a customized tour package tailored to your needs. From winery tours to brewery tours to guided tours of the area, we can accommodate groups of all sizes. From 2 people to 200, we'll make sure your tour is an unforgettable experience.

About Our Founders

Steve Levin, our President and Founder, has a background in operations management, having served as Chief Operations Officer for a manufacturer and distributor of industrial packaging, General Manager for a regional office of one of the largest fast food chains, and working for a luxury automobile dealership performing sales, computer training, and other administrative functions. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and has earned the designation of CMP.

Heidi Slate Levin, our Co-Founder and Owner, has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a specialization in Industry. She serves as the Special Projects and Events Coordinator for Sterling Rose Transportation, bringing her expertise in corporate development to the team.

Our Team

Wendy Adame, our General Manager, has over 30 years of retail sales management experience, priding herself on being a people person. Rudy Adame, our Executive Chauffeur, brings over 20 years of experience in the limousine industry, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism.
