Our Story
The original Indus Precision Manufacturing, Inc. began in 1997 as a tiny, one-room tool and die shop in Congers, New York. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, our founder understood customer needs very well. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our facilities, machines, and expertise to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Today, we occupy a 15,000 sq. ft. facility and operate over 30 machines, providing a wide range of services to meet our customers' specific machining needs.

Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to meet our customers' specific machining needs. Our services include Waterjet cutting, Milling, Turning, Grinding, CMM, CAD/CAM, and Fabrication. Our precision waterjets are capable of cutting a variety of materials up to 60" wide x 120" long with taper control to hold tight tolerances on large parts. Our CNC machining centers with 4 and 5 axis capabilities are capable of producing complicated parts while holding very tight tolerances. Our manual lathes vary in size, with the largest having a max swing of 25" and a max working length of 120". We also offer surface grinding up to 24"x60" and rotary grinding up to 42" diameter to hold tolerances of +/-.0001". Additionally, we have CAD/CAM capabilities to program parts from solid models and utilize high-speed machining techniques to reduce cycle times.
