Welcome to Domenico's Delicatessen and Cafe, where we take pride in serving you the best ingredients in a customer service driven environment. Our story began in 1993, when Joseph Domenico Giacomini, who had grown up in the family business, Lucca Delicatessens, decided to leave the corporate food and wine world in San Francisco and return to his roots. Alongside his wife, Sue, a passionate home chef, they opened Domenico's Delicatessen with a simple philosophy: seek out the best possible ingredients to craft the highest quality sandwiches.

Since then, we've been dedicated to blending traditional Italian favorites with a modern twist and an emphasis on healthier ingredients. We hand pick our products from top, local, and European purveyors to ensure that every sandwich, salad, and pasta dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality. In 2003, we expanded our offerings by opening Domenico's Cafe next door, where you can enjoy hot and cold panini sandwiches, craft beer, and hot coffee in a relaxed environment.

Our Delicatessen

At Domenico's Delicatessen, we offer an extensive selection of over 50 of the world's best meats and cheeses, fresh locally grown produce, and artisan bakeries delivering daily. Whether you're looking for one of our daily specials or want to create your own sandwich, the possibilities are endless. Our menu also features over 60 original house-made salads that rotate daily, along with hot pastas and seasonal soups. Pair your meal with a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie, and you'll be hooked.

Our Cafe

Domenico's Cafe offers a unique twist on the sandwich with its own distinct menu. You can order at the counter and your food will be brought to your table. Our cafe menu features specialty cold sandwiches and hot grilled panini, all made with the same high-quality ingredients found in the delicatessen. In addition to espresso, we also serve local craft beers and wines, including one of the best wine by the glass deals in town. Come, taste, and enjoy!
