At MedHelp, we've been committed to providing quality care for nearly forty years. Founded in 1982 as an urgent care and family practice in Birmingham, we've since expanded to five convenient locations in the Birmingham metro area. Our mission is to treat every patient like family, ensuring that you receive the best care possible whenever you need it. We believe in following the Golden Rule, always putting our patients first and ensuring that their wait is short, their healthcare is affordable, and their questions are answered.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Specialty Services. Our Urgent Care services provide rapid COVID-19 testing, walk-in appointments, and superior care from board-certified physicians. Our Primary Care services include annual physicals, management of chronic conditions, and acute care. We also offer Specialty Services such as Mammograms, Wellness Therapies, and Long COVID Clinic care. Additionally, we have an On-Site Laboratory and Medical Diagnostics, Chronic Care Management with Home Monitoring, and Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care options available.

With five convenient locations in the Birmingham metro area, you can be sure that there's a MedHelp clinic near you. Our locations include Highway 280, Trussville, Pelham, Lakeshore, and Women's and Wellness. Each location offers extended weekday hours and is open on Saturday and Sunday to accommodate your busy schedule.
