Services
Sewer Line Repair
Our sewer line repair services address blockages, leaks, and system failures using advanced diagnostics and trenchless technology. We employ video pipe inspections to identify root intrusion, cracks, or corrosion, then implement solutions like pipe relining or traditional excavation. Our team handles emergencies 24/7, minimizing property disruption while ensuring long-term functionality. Portland homeowners benefit from our expertise in local soil conditions and code compliance.
Tankless Water Heater Installation
We specialize in energy-efficient tankless water heater installations tailored to Oregon homes. Our technicians assess hot water demand, fuel type, and space constraints to recommend optimal systems. Services include gas line upgrades, venting modifications, and permit coordination. These units provide endless hot water while reducing energy bills by 20-30%. We ensure proper sizing and installation for both new constructions and retrofits across Portland metro.
Emergency Plumbing Services
Our 24/7 emergency plumbing team responds to burst pipes, sewer backups, and water heater failures throughout Portland. Equipped vehicles carry essential tools for rapid diagnosis and repairs. We prioritize containing damage, restoring functionality, and preventing secondary issues like mold growth. Same-day service is available for critical issues, with technicians trained in safe gas and electrical system handling.
Video Pipe Inspection
Advanced video pipe inspections allow non-invasive diagnosis of drain and sewer line issues. Waterproof cameras identify blockages, cracks, or root intrusion without destructive digging. This technology enables precise repair planning, reducing costs and property disruption. We document findings and explain repair options, ensuring homeowners understand their system's condition before any work begins.
Gas Water Heater Installation
We install high-efficiency gas water heaters compliant with Portland building codes. Our process includes gas line safety checks, venting system upgrades, and seismic strapping for earthquake preparedness. We handle permit applications and final inspections, ensuring safe operation. Upgrades from traditional tanks to modern condensing models improve energy efficiency while meeting local water quality challenges.
