Guidry Physical Therapy (GPT) was founded in July 2012 by Kyle and Sue Ann Guidry, with a mission to provide the highest skilled treatment programs to our patients. We pride ourselves on being compassionate and caring with our patients while exceeding the standard of care in our industry. As a therapist-owned practice, we focus on our patients, the physicians who entrust their patient's care to us, and our staff members who work hard every day to create a caring, professional atmosphere.

Our team of experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapist assistants are dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient. We believe in accelerated skill development, and our staff continually updates their skills and knowledge to provide the most effective treatment programs. We enjoy what we do, and we strive every day to learn more and give back to the communities in which we live and work.

Our Services

At Guidry Physical Therapy, we offer a wide range of services to help our patients achieve their goals. Our physical therapy services include orthopedic care, neurologic rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and sports medicine rehabilitation. We also provide specialized programs for back and neck pain, balance and mobility, fall prevention, and more. Our therapists work closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.

Meet Our Staff

Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients. Our staff includes Kyle Guidry, PT, DPT, ATC, who specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine related injuries, rehab, and training. Sue Ann Guidry, OTR/L, brings a wide range of experience to the practice, having worked in multiple settings including acute inpatient, acute rehabilitation, school-based, home health, and outpatient. David Tamburro, PT, has 17 years of work experience in the field of physical therapy, having worked in nearly every clinical setting. Timothy Adornetto, PT, DPT, graduated from Harding University and Rosalind Franklin University, and is dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient.
